What a lovely micro pub. A good selection of ales that a very knowledgeable Stuart was able to tell me all about. It seemed like the customers all knew each other and were very friendly. A good, unhurried place to stop by, sit down, relax, and have a nice ale.

I was really pleased to find this pub in Northallerton. They have a great range of beers and a friendly member of staff working. If you like a micro pub this is the place for you. Well kept cask beer and some good keg beer to complete the line up. The place was busy when I visited with locals having a good time. I will definitely stop by again, next time I am in town.

Our home from home. With a wide range of craft and draught. Usually have at least 1 stout always on and the range of breweries and flavours. Owner is friendly funny and passionate. The bar staff are welcoming and inclusive. Definitely 'never met a stranger' vibe, from staff and clientele, just absolutely perfect. Absolutely love. Always worth a visit. Good prices as well.

Only a small bar in an alley/arcade off the high street but the landlady and locals made us visiting southerners very welcome. It was great to be able to try some of the wide selection of real ales before buying pints. (Thank you for not being too judgemental when the "flat cola" was voted a hit)😂
